Shipping Policy

All items are gift wrapped with care.

Shipping to the UK is via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post.

Your order will be dispatched within 7-14 working days of your order being placed unless it's a bespoke/ personalised item, processing times may vary.

Totes may take between 14- 21 days

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope you love your order but if you change your mind or are not happy, please contact us at info@connieandbelle.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order and post items back to us in its original state within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
